Pacific Education Group's Protocol: Courageous Conversations About Race
Both our Director, and our Co-Facilitator are trained affiliates of PEG's Courageous Conversations About Race protocol. We can train individuals or groups on this protocol that covers why conversations about race are crucial and coaches folks on how to have them effectively.
For Organizations
The MRJC can custom create training sessions for organizations looking to do anti-racism work, or become more racially just.
For Groups
We offer consulting, healing sessions, organizing & racial justice event planning, and networking opportunities for local groups.
For Individuals
The MRJC can offer consulting, customized training, 1:1 coaching, support, or advice to individuals looking to further their understanding of racial justice.
Coming Soon: Annual MRJC Group Training on Anti-Racism
We are working on developing what will be an annual training module intended to introduce newer MRJC members to our mission, vision, and platform; as well as introducing the concept of working towards being anti-racist.
